MAINTENANCE PLANNING ENGINEER

Description/Tasks

The Maintenance Planning Engineer is responsible for the job preparation and work order administration.

He is responsible for:
• Prepare all scheduled maintenance projects thoroughly and timely
• Supporting the production during the maintenance event
• Review and revise the maintenance schedule on demand
• Client advisor in planning maintenance
• Ensure that all rules and regulations of the various airworthiness authorities and Jet Aviation are met


Qualification/Experience

• Strong technical knowledge in aviation (knowledge of Gulfstream, Falcon or Boeing is an advantage)
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and to set priorities / taking initiatives when needed
• Capacity to adapt to a fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a heavy workload
• Excellent team spirit with ability to work independently
• Computer literate (MS Office, SAP MANDATORY)
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

Description
Au sein d'une équipe chargée de créer les cartes de travail destinées aux équipes de maintenance en partenariat avec notre client local, acteur majeur du secteur aéronautique. Vous prendrez en charge :
L’analyse des documents techniques et plans issus des bureaux d’études ;
La recherche des informations techniques complémentaires auprès des équipes client (Bureaux d’Etudes, experts…) ;
L’analyse de maintenance ;
La rédaction des cartes de travail ;
La validation de la documentation auprès des experts client.

Profil
Formation Bac + 2 minimum dans un domaine technique (électrotechnique, mécanique ou maintenance aéronautique) ;
Maitrise de l’Anglais technique lu/écrit nécessaire ;
Une expérience liée à la maintenance des aéronefs de 2 ans minimum est indispensable.

Description de la mission

Vous êtes en charge:
_ d'assurer l'intégration des pièces du périmètre (en relation avec les architectes) en cohérence avec les orientations techniques
_ de vérifier la faisabilité des choix techniques
_ d'établir les cahiers des charges pour consultation des fournisseurs
_ de préparer les dossiers d'avancement technico-économique, qualité, de justification
_ d'assurer le reporting.
Profil
De formation Bac+5 en mécanique, vous avez 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en pilotage produit/process d'organes mécaniques, dans le développement de véhicules automobiles. Vous avez des connaissances approfondies en ligne d'échappement et/ou en supports moteurs/boites. Vous êtes organisés,doués d'esprit de synthèse et de capacités à encadrer.

SAP PROJECT PLANNING DEPLOYMENT MANAGER

Description/Tasks

Responsible within Completion Planning & Control department of:

Leading & implementing SAP CLIMB initiative project for Planning & Operations department
Training & coaching Planning & Operations department for a successful replacement of Production Planning & Control tools by SAP
Monitor & control manpower shop allocation through master completion capacity planning
Implement & monitor completions work allowable budget per tasks & cycle reduction initiative
Monitor & control project stock reduction inventory initiative
Support Production Planning & Control department maintaining and improving standard tools
proposing continuous improvement ideas

Qualification/Experience

skilled SAP specialist with production planning & control experience
experienced in similar position in industrail environment, preferably avation industry
experienced in continous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
work planning knowledge
project leading experience is beneficial to support SAP CLIMB initiative
MS Office Specialist, in particular MS Project, Access and Excel
